    Klara Kozlov is senior corporate advisory manager at CAF.  Klara works with a wide range of companies to build and enhance their corporate responsibility and community investment programmes.   She began her career in research at the BBC before moving to GfK NOP and Sadek Wynberg Millward Brown. Prior to joining CAF, Klara spent four years at EdComs where she co-founded their consultancy team working with a range of public, private and third sector clients such as, the British Heart Foundation, Google and The Children’s Society.

    Jonathan Gill is Corporate Advisory Manager working with Klara to develop exciting and innovative corporate responsibility programmes for companies.  Jonathan joined CAF from Pfizer UK where he spent two years developing  CSR strategy with particularly responsibility skills based volunteering, international mentoring and secondments with third-sector organisations. 

    Andy Grazebrook is senior company relations manager and has worked at CAF since 2006.  Andy works with companies helping them manage their corporate responsibility and community programmes.  He has worked with large global companies and ones in the UK to deliver grass roots projects on the ground helping to securing millions of pounds of corporate money for the charity sector.

    Jeremy Bliss joined CAF in 2009 and leads the Company Relations team which is responsible for managing and developing the relationships CAF has with the companies we work with.  Prior to joining CAF Jeremy spend four years at PwC and KPMG managing business development in the private, listed and not-for-profit sectors.

    Rhodri Davies is Policy Manager at the Charities Aid Foundation. Having graduated from Oxford University with a first-class degree in Mathematics & Philosophy, he embarked on a doctorate in Philosophy but quickly realised that his interests lay elsewhere. He spent 2 years as a Research Fellow at the think-tank Policy Exchange, where he authored a number of reports on philanthropy, the voluntary sector and public service reform. After spending a year putting some of these ideas into practice while volunteering overseas, he joined CAF in 2010.

    Jo Ensor is head of the Head of Advisory and Consulting at CAF with responsibility for the corporate, philanthropy and charity advisory teams.  Jo has 18 years of experience in the voluntary sector primarily in the development, funding and implementation of community programmes in developing countries.  Prior to joining CAF in 2010, Jo was Chief Executive of AMREF UK where she developed award-winning business-charity partnerships with companies like Barclays and Diageo.  Prior to this, she was Director of Programmes at EveryChild and Head of Programme Development and Funding at VSO.

    Derek Ray-Hill is the joint team leader in the Corporate Client Management Team. His career began at the White House where he was on the internship programme in the communications department during Bill Clinton’s presidency. Since then, he has worked for not-for-profit organisations in business development and client management. This includes several years at BBC Worldwide, where he was the Global Marketing and Brand Manager for Learning, launching a new TV channel in Asia and Africa and the International Visual Communication Association where, as Commercial Director he supported the launch of new Corporate Responsibility awards programme, The Clarions.
